At Capes n Comics, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns

Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.​

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.​

Proof of Purchase: Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.​

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.​

For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.​
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns that are not due to our error.​
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.​
